Tasks board

A space for planning and managing your tasks. You can create groups and add daily tasks to each group to stay organized and keep track of your overall progress, or use the today task or tmr task buttons to schedule it for tomorrow. Note: For tasks added more than 4 days ago, some properties are limited in the demo version.

Habit pixel blocks

To track habits, add what you want to follow in the habits view, then use the done button on the card every day. Your history appears as a calendar on the card; you can switch months using the and buttons. Note: In the demo version, the calendar only displays habit history for the past 14 days.

Health routines

The routine is basically a daily checklist (10 activities in total) that you can update by adding a new entry or just use the routine button. Every time you check something off, the progress bar goes up. You can use the tick all button to instantly check off every activity for today's entry. If you need to rename any of the activities, you can just head over to the routines database and edit the properties there. Note: In the demo version, the progress bar is capped at 4 out of 10.

Daily income and expenses

To track your income and expenses, you can either add a new entry or use the cash flow button. Just enter the info using the format (name amount) or (amount name). If you have multiple items in one day, separate them with a comma. For income, just add a + sign to that item (check out the examples below for more details). Once you're done, your income and expense data will be summarized and organized in the history view. Example: freelance +345, coffee 4.50, uber 15, 14 lunch, drinks 30 Note: In the demo version, the cash flow parser is limited to 4 items per entry.
